1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and SteadyOp, a Fyniche product (“SteadyOp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, importing data, or using SteadyOp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Statement.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use SteadyOp for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The service

SteadyOp provides AI-assisted operations software, including agent coordination, native business records, data imports, operations email, document recognition, workflow automation, drafts, approvals, schedules, and an activity ledger. Features may change as the service develops.

SteadyOp may generate recommendations, classifications, summaries, drafts, or proposed actions. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming consequential actions before relying on them.

3. Accounts and organization workspaces

You are responsible for protecting your account, maintaining accurate user and organization information, choosing an appropriate mailbox handle, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You may upload or import business data only when you have authority and a lawful basis to process it. Organization administrators control member access, workspace records, mailbox identity, and retention actions available in the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SteadyOp to violate law, infringe rights, access data without authorization, distribute malware, bypass safeguards, deceive people, conduct unlawful surveillance, or generate or send abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, or dangerous content.

  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data unless the workflow requires it and you are authorized to process it.
  • Do not use AI output as the sole basis for employment, credit, housing, insurance, medical, legal, or similarly high-impact decisions.

5. Your data and instructions

You retain ownership of content and business data you provide. You grant SteadyOp the limited rights needed to host, transmit, analyze, transform, and display that data to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide and process personal data. You control which data is imported, which organization members have access, and which proposed consequential actions are approved.

6. AI systems and human review

AI-generated work is probabilistic. SteadyOp uses guardrails, source references, scopes, approval gates, and audit records, but does not guarantee that an output is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You must review important drafts, financial information, inventory movements, messages, schedules, and external actions. SteadyOp is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, safety, or compliance advice.

7. Plans, credits, and payment

Paid plans, included Ops credits, usage rates, and billing terms are presented when you subscribe. Ops credits are a product usage unit and are not currency. Third-party provider charges may apply separately.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts after reasonable notice.

8. Security and confidentiality

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service and customer data. No system is completely secure, and you remain responsible for appropriate access controls, endpoint security, backups, and review of authorized users.

Each party will protect the other party’s non-public confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms, except when disclosure is required by law.

9. Intellectual property and feedback

SteadyOp and its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

10. Availability and third-party services

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, model changes, or events beyond our control may affect access.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services, including Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, AI model providers, or websites reached through links, although we remain responsible for our selection and use of processors as required by applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SteadyOp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address a material breach, comply with law, or protect the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SteadyOp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid SteadyOp during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required.

14. Contact
